Despite a tough loss against Indiana Saturday, the Gophers didn’t’ take too much of a hit in the AP Top 25 rankings today.
Minnesota started the day at No. 8, and dropped just one spot to No. 9 in the weekly rankings.
Indiana, No. 5 last week, is No. 2 this week.
Michigan, which also lost over the weekend, dropped from No. 2 to No. 5.
The Wolverines, with point guard sensation Trey Burke, are at Williams Arena Thursday night.
His Minnesota counterpart, Andre Hollins, tells the Pioneer Press :”It’s going to be crazy here at the Barn.”
