Minnesota Wild forward Jason Zucker will miss the next few games – and maybe then some – as he recovers from a concussion, the Wild announced Wednesday.
Zucker slammed the back of his head on the ice when he was blindsided by a check during Minnesota’s 6-1 victory over the Blackhawks at TCF Bank Stadium on Sunday.

Chris Porter scored a goal as Zucker’s replacement in a 4-1 loss to the Islanders on Tuesday. The Wild has also recalled Jordan Schroeder from Des Moines.
