Since this is a Minnesota organization, it would be downright wrong to not take some solace in the Packers defeat in the playoffs today.
San Francisco eliminated Green Bay via a last second kick from Phil Dawson, which secured a 23-20 win for the 49ers and a date with the Carolina next weekend.
