The Timberwolves continue to limp towards the end of the season, they fell to the Sacramento Kings 116-111 Tuesday night in Sacramento.
It was the Wolves seventh straight loss.
Rudy Gay led the way for the Kings with 33 points, he was 13-of-15 from the free throw line and also grabbed seven rebounds and dished out five assists in the victory for the Kings.
Omri Casspi added 31 as he was 4-of-6 from long range. Former Wolves forward Derrick Williams put together another solid night against Minnesota he added 18 points and eight rebounds off the bench including this highlight dunk.

Sacramento dominated the glass, out-rebounding Minnesota 49-36.
Kevin Martin led Minnesota, he finished with 37 points and dished out eight assists. While the Wolves rookies took some big steps. Andrew Wiggins added 26 points and grabbed eight rebounds and Zach LaVine had a double-double with 21 points and 11 rebounds.
The Wolves tried to battle their way back into the game late, cutting the Sacramento lead to six on a few different occasions, but could get no closer.
Minnesota (16-61) plays at Portland on Wednesday night.
