The NBA trade deadline came and went Thursday and the Timberwolves did not make a move. Luke Ridnour and Derrick Williams were the subject of most of the trade rumors, but they’ll stay put for now.
The Pioneer Press reports that team president David Kahn was trying to trade Brandon Roy, who’s expiring contract could have been attractive to teams.
Minnesota is off to Oklahoma City to face the Thunder on Friday.
