The Timberwolves were firing on all Pistons in Tuesday night’s 105-82 win in Detroit.
J.J. Barea led the charge with 21 points, including 5-of-7 from three.
The Timberwolves hit a team record 14 three-pointers — not bad for a team that is statistically the worst three-point shooting team in the NBA.
Nikola Pekovic finished with 18 points and 11 rebounds while Ricky Rubio totaled 14 points and 9 assists.
The Wolves return home to play the Lakers on Wednesday, followed by games Friday and Saturday against Oklahoma City and Memphis.
#Twolves win back-to-back road games by 20+ pts for 1st time in franchise history, top #Pistons 105-82 tonight in Auburn Hills.
