The Minnesota Timberwolves 2016 season is now shaping up with the release of the team’s preseason schedule.
The Wolves will play seven exhibition games but only two of those will be home games at Target Center. The Wolves host Memphis on Oct. 19 and the final preseason game will be in Minneapolis against the Charlotte Hornets Oct. 21.
Three preseason games will be off-site Oct. 8 vs. Miami in Kansas City, Oct. 12 vs. Denver in Lincoln, Nebraska, and then Oct. 15 vs. Miami in Louisville. The other two preseason games have Minnesota in Charlotte and at Oklahoma City.
The full 2016-17 NBA schedule is expected to be released within the next week.
