The Minnesota Wild won their fourth-straight on the back of captain Mikko Koivu’s dominating night.
The forward was Mr. Everything scoring a shorthanded goal, a powerplay goal and a shootout goal.
His unorthodox hat trick carried the Wild to a victory in a match-up of streaking Western Conference foes.
St. Louis had outscored their previous five opponents 14-5, but Koivu seemed as though he wouldn’t be denied.
Minnesota hosts Nashville Wednesday at Xcel Energy.
