The Minnesota Wild will play for their first win in April when they visit the Columbus Blue Jackets in Ohio Sunday night.
They’ll face former Minnesota Wild star Marian Gaborik. The 31-year-old was traded by the New York Rangers to the Blue Jackets last week.
Despite being shut out for the first time this season in a 3-0 loss to the Los Angeles Kings, the Associated Press notes the Wild, (21-14-2), are in a tight battle with Vancouver for the Northwest Division.
The Wild are 22-16-6 all-time against the Blue Jackets, but 6-11-4 in Columbus, according to the Star Tribune.
The puck drops at 5 p.m. CST.
