Viewers of Thursday night’s Timberwolves broadcast on Bally Sports North noticed a changed lineup as The Athletic‘s Jon Krawczynski filled in as the sideline reporter

Regular sideline reporter Katie Storm was filling in as studio host in place of Marney Gellner. There’s no word on the reason for the temporary lineup change.
Krawczynski appeared to develop on-camera confidence in quick fashion, coming out of halftime with an interview with Timberwolves assistant coach Kevin Hanson. Krawczynski didn’t fumble his words while asking two questions and he finished with a self-deprecating joke about his height while getting the segment sponsor (Menard’s) an extra mention.
