Hunter Greene, a prep standout in California – who many believe will be the No. 1 overall pick in this year’s MLB Draft – was on display on Saturday.
Greene froze a batter with his fastball that touched 97 miles per hour, according to Evan Barnes, an L.A. Daily News sports reporter who was in attendance.

Greene finished the game with seven strikeouts over five innings. He also hit a grand slam.
He’s played some shortstop, but most outlets believe his future will be as a pitcher. The Twins own the No. 1 overall draft pick in this year’s MLB Draft, which takes place June 12.
