Teddy Bridgewater super fan Obadiah Gamble was back in the spotlight at the Wild game on Sunday night.
Bridgewater visited his biggest fan back in May after Gamble recorded a song inviting the Vikings quarterback to his birthday party.
Before puck drop, the 7-year-old led the Xcel Energy Center crowd in the “Let’s play Hockey” ritual that happens before puck drop.
During the second period Gamble was interviewed by Kevin Gorg of Fox Sports North and of course he compared the experience of “Let’s Play Hockey” to meeting Bridgewater.
“I like Teddy Bridgewater coming to my birthday more than saying let’s play hockey,” Gamble told Gorg. “Because he’s famous.”
As the interview was wrapping up, Nino Niederrieter scored and the kid went nuts. Check it out.
