The Gophers ended a 12-game losing streak with a buzzer beater befitting of March.
With just 5.8 seconds left in the game, Caleb McConnell put the Scarlet Knights up by two at Williams Arena in Minneapolis.
Ta’lon Cooper brought the ball up court, took one step inside the 3-point arc, dished the ball back to Jamison Battle who shook off a Rutgers defender and hit a game-winning 3 at the buzzer.
