After describing the Twins as “nasty” and “dangerous” hitters following Tuesday night’s win in Dodgers Stadium, Byron Buxton set out to prove it on Wednesday.
The Twins star launched a bomb over left-field in the top of the fourth inning, leveling the score at 1-1 immediately after the Dodgers had taken a 1-0 lead.
It is Buxton’s ninth homer of the season, and saw him presented with the now customary “Land of 10,000 Rakes” fishing vest.

Buxton hit the bomb off of Dylan Covey, who was brought in after Dodgers starter Dustin May came out in the first inning with elbow soreness.
