Vikings safety Andrew Sandejo laid a hit on Mike Wallace of the Ravens that knocked the wide receiver out of the game.
As Wallace was getting wrapped up by Xavier Rhodes, Sandejo’s shoulder made direct contact with Wallace’s head, which caused his helmet to fly right off.

According to NFL reporter Jason La Canfora, Wallace was reportedly bleeding from the mouth as he was walked off the field by the training staff.

Wallace, who was questionable entering the game, immediately entered the concussion protocol and is questionable to return.
