Cleveland won its first NBA title to put an end to five decades of fan suffering. In the wake of the NBA Finals win over Golden State, fans are weighing in and series MVP LeBron James is at the center of the debate. Is James now on an equal level, or higher, than Michael Jordan?
Hall of Famer, five-time NBA World Champion and former Lakers great Ervin “Magic” Johnson tweeted that LeBron has earned a spot next to Michael Jordan in the top five.

These new Jordan-James comparisons make more sense than ever before, according to CBS’ Matt Moore. In terms of Finals MVPs, James now has three, tying Magic, Shaq and Tim Duncan for second-most all-time, trailing only Jordan.
