Diggs said Wednesday that he figured he’d be able to play through the groin injury he suffered on Monday Night Football against the Bears. He added that it’s not as bad as the groin injury that derailed his season last year.
“It’s not the same as last year,” Diggs said Wednesday, via Viking Update. “Last year was really bad. This here, I felt pretty good.”
Sam Bradford was also held out of practice again on Friday, meaning Case Keenum will be back under center as Minnesota’s starting quarterback.
There’s no indication as to how much time Bradford could miss.
