As training camp wraps up in Mankato Tuesday, the Minnesota Vikings released their first unofficial depth chart of the 2016 preseason.
The Vikings close camp before heading to Cincinnati to practice with the Bengals on Wednesday and Thursday. They will open their preseason in Cincinnati on Friday.

Vikings offense
According to 1500 ESPN, the Vikings’s fans can expect to see a heavy dose of Adrian Peterson in the backfield, but will also see more Jerick McKinnon worked in.
The conventional thought at wide receiver is that Jarius Wright will likely fill in as the primary slot receiver in three-wideout sets. While Charles Johnson and Stefon Diggs will start on the outside.
First-round draft pick Laquon Treadwell could also factor into the mix, but he’ll likely be brought along slowly at the start of the year.
Cordarrelle Patterson’s shoulder injury has upended his camp, but he still hopes to be in the mix at wideout.
Vikings defense
Get to know the name Danielle Hunter. He will likely get some of the snaps at left defensive end, with Brian Robison shifting to the inside in passing situations some this year.
Chad Greenway is listed as the starter on the weak side ahead of free agent Emmanuel Lamur, but don’t expect Greenway’s snaps to increase much if any over last year, Eric Kendricks and Anthony Barr will be on the field in nickel situations.
