The hits just keep on coming for the Minnesota Vikings.
Starting right tackle Phil Loadholt will miss the rest of the season after tearing a pectoral muscle in Sunday’s 24-21 loss to the Packers, according to NFL Media’s Ian Rapoport.

Loadholt played all but nine snaps in the game. He was replaced by Mike Harris, who according to 1500 ESPN will be the likely replacement at right tackle.
Right guard Brandon Fusco was lost for the season when he sufferd a torn pectoral muscle in a Week 3 game against the New Orleans Saints. He underwent surgery with an expected recovery time of about four months, Pro Football Talk reported in late September.
The Star Tribune reports that wide receiver Cordarrelle Patterson, who has been bothered by injuries most of the season, suffered ankle and knee injuries after being tackled on a kickoff return on Sunday. The training staff allowed him to resume playing after the injuries.
“It was the fourth quarter and the trainer told me if I could go, then go,” Patterson said, via the Star Tribune. “Just go out there and finish the game, and we’ll talk about it later. I felt like I needed to be out there to try and help the team out, so I got back out there.”
