The Minnesota Vikings have signed free agent wide receiver N’Keal Harry, who essentially takes the roster spot of defensive lineman James Lynch, who suffered a torn ACL on Thursday.
Harry was selected 32nd overall by the Patriots in 2019 out of Arizona State. Harry racked up 213 receptions for 2,889 yards and 22 touchdowns in college.
Harry is still only 25 years old.
In three seasons for New England, he totaled 57 catches for 598 yards and four touchdowns. He spent last season with the Bears and had seven receptions for 116 yards and one touchdowns.
Harry missed most of last season due to an injury.
It’s unclear how Harry will fit with Minnesota since he’s presumably sixth or seventh on the depth chart behind Justin Jefferson, KJ Osborn, Jordan Addison, Jalen Nailor, Jalen Reagor and Brandon Powell.
