Chad Beebe was signed off the practice squad by the Vikings on Saturday, an indication that wide receiver Stefon Diggs might not be able to play Sunday against the Lions.
Diggs is officially listed as questionable with an injury to his ribs.
If Diggs can’t give it a go, the Vikings would rely on Adam Thielen, Laquon Treadwell, Aldrick Robinson and Brandon Zylstra as the top four wideouts, with Beebe giving Minnesota depth as a fifth option.

Beebe, 5-foot-10 and 183 pounds, has been on the practice squad all season after failing to make the final 53-man roster out of training camp and the preseason. He caught nine passes for 95 yards and two touchdowns during the preseason.
He’s a product of Northern Illinois and is the son of former Buffalo Bills wide receiver Don Beebe.
