The Vikings will have to beat the Packers at Lambeau Field without Adrian Peterson on Saturday. He was ruled out by the Vikings on Friday, along with right guard Brandon Fusco, fullback Zach Line and wide receiver Laquon Treadwell.
Free safety Harrison Smith and wide receiver Stefon Diggs are questionable.
Peterson had just six carries in Minnesota’s blowout loss to the Colts last week, and it appears that Peterson’s season – maybe career – might be over for the Vikings. The former MVP told reporters earlier this week that he’s taking things one day at a time after getting nicked up in his first game back from a torn meniscus.
