Josh Dobbs will have Justin Jefferson at his disposal for the first time on Sunday in Las Vegas, but he’ll have a new right guard protecting him as starter Ed Ingram has been ruled out with a hip injury.
It’ll be the first missed game of Ingram’s young career. He’s started every game since being drafted by Minnesota in 2022. Without him, it’s expected that Blake Brandel will start in his place.
Safety Theo Jackson, who was questionable with an illness, is active for the game.

As expected, the Raiders will have edge rusher Max Crosby, who was questionable but said Friday that so long as he was breathing he would play.
“If I’m able and have a heartbeat, I’m going to be out there with my brothers and try to go get a win,” Crosby said. “If I can go out there and impact the game any way I can to help my guys, I’m going to do it. I’ve had these two weeks to get my body right together, refocus and reenergize – I can’t wait for this last month. I’m feeling great right now, and I’ll be out there practicing. I can’t wait to get out there with the guys.”
The biggest name on the Raiders’ inactive list is starting left tackle Kolton Miller.
