Leaving a three-hour meeting with key lawmakers at the Capitol on Wednesday, Zygi Wilf told reporters he’s “optimistic” that a new stadium can be built in Minneapolis where the Metrodome now sits. But Minneapolis Mayor R.T. Rybak said the city wouldn’t kick in money toward the facility unless the deal includes some financial relief for Target Center.
