There were no surprises in the Vikings final injury report for Sunday’s NFC wildcard playoff game against the Seattle Seahawks.
While plenty of Vikings are dealing with a few nicks, bumps and bruises they had some good news Friday afternoon.
The team declared defensive tackle Linval Joseph, running back Adrian Peterson and defensive end Everson Griffen probable for Sunday afternoon’s tilt at TCF Bank Stadium.

Joseph has missed four of the last five Vikings games – including the regular season finale against Green Bay – with a foot injury. The injury also caused him to miss Minnesota’s 38-7 loss to the Seahawks on Dec. 6.
Peterson, the NFL’s rushing champion, left Sunday night’s Packers game with a lower back injury. He missed practice on both Wednesday and Thursday, but said all week he’d be “ready to roll” for Minnesota’s first playoff game since 2012.
Griffen was limited in practice this week with a shoulder injury, but it didn’t seem to bother him in Green Bay. He finished with two sacks and forced an Aaron Rodgers fumble that was recovered and returned for a touchdown by Captain Munnerlyn.
The Seahawks are expected to get Marshawn Lynch back on Sunday, but officially he has been ruled questionable. Lynch, who has been slowed by injuries for much of the season didn’t play when the Seahawks whipped the Vikings in December.
Seattle will be without tight end Luke Wilson, he has been ruled out. While wide receiver Tyler Lockett, defensive end Michael Bennett, defensive tackle Jordan Hill and safety Kam Chancellor are probable.
Kickoff is at noon Sunday.
