While Vikings fans will see their football season continue into January after clinching the NFC North, a few eyes are being drawn to next year’s regular season.
That’s because the Vikings’ schedule for next year is now mostly set, with the only one yet to be confirmed being a home game against the NFC South winner, which could be either New Orleans, Carolina or Atlanta.
And the thing that really stands out about next year’s regular season is that the Vikings have a hella tough road schedule.
As well as divisional trips to the always tricky Lions, Packers and Bears, the Vikings will visit the following teams:
– Philadelphia Eagles (12-2 so far this year)
– New England Patriots (11-3)
– LA Rams (10-4)
– Seattle Seahawks (8-6)
– The New York Jets (5-9)
The Vikings’ home schedule is much kinder, so expect home fans to have a good time when Arizona, San Francisco, Buffalo, Miami and the aforementioned NFC South winner visit U.S. Bank Stadium.
But even with a tough road schedule, the way the Vikings are playing right now, they shouldn’t fear anyone.
