Christian Ponder is probably feeling a littler safer today because the Vikings are expected to sign free-agent offensive lineman Geoff Schwartz. Schwartz broke the news on his Twitter page by tweeting he’s “excited to be a Minnesota Viking.” The 6-foot-6, 331 pound lineman is projected to replace Anthony Herrera at right guard.
