The Minnesota Vikings made a move Wednesday to add some depth to their defense.
They’ve added a linebacker to their roster.
No … Brian Urlacher is not coming out of retirement … instead it’s free-agent Stanford Keglar, who last played for Houston in 2010.
After the Texans made him one of the final cuts before the 2011 season, Keglar did not catch on with an NFL squad. Instead, he took a step down to stay in football playing for the Las Vegas Locomotives, appearing in three of their four games in the compact UFL schedule, making eight total tackles.
Keglar, 27, has also played for Tennessee and has 35 NFL games under his belt along with 22 tackles.
