There’s just something fun about watching a slugger strike out, then snap his bat over his knee out of frustration. For years, you didn’t see a lot of players do it, but the Twins have had a couple of their sluggers partake in the last couple of weeks.
Thursday in Minnesota’s 9-2 series-ending loss at Cleveland, Kennys Vargas was the latest Twins player to take it out on his bat.
Miguel Sano just did the same thing early last week, after striking out against the Atlanta Braves.
