In an exclusive interview, FOX 9’s Jim Rich caught up with former Vikings head coach Leslie Frazier just moments after Frazier was fired on Monday morning.
Frazier gets out of his car and says, “this might be the last time I get a chance to say something to the fans.”
Disappointment can be heard in Frazier’s voice when he described how it felt knowing he wouldn’t get another chance to lead a group of players and coaches that worked so hard.
“I was hoping we’d get a chance to finish what we started. We were so close to where our guys have been battling, I thought if we fixed a couple things this season we’d be right back in the thick of things,” he says.
