Video: Mauer’s no-look, behind-the-back grab

In case you missed it Saturday (during the Twins lone win in Washington), Joe Mauer made a no-look, behind-the-back grab on a pitched ball that caromed off the brick backstop.

Mauer also homered in that game (the 100th of his career), but this was somehow cooler:
