“We should both be very familiar with one another.”
That’s the bottom line on playing the Packers this Saturday from Vikings coach Leslie Frazier. The playoff game will be the third meeting in a month for the two NFC North rivals.
He told reporters Tuesday that “not a whole lot that needs to be discussed as far as getting motivated to play this game.” But Frazier also said the team needs “to get better” from here on out as the stakes get higher.
As for Saturday, Frazier says while Christian Ponder is improving, everything is going to revolve around Adrian Peterson.
“This is who we are, Frazier said. “This is how we are going to win in the NFL, we are going to be a run-oriented football team, we are going to be able to get some explosive plays in the passing game because we are going to run the ball so well.”
