Byron Buxton is continuing to impress in his return to the Twins roster this season. Buxton, who spent a brief stint in Triple A to get his swing right, has returned and has been a different player since coming back.
While he’s been drawing rave reviews at the plate, Buxton made a big defensive play on Tuesday night when he cut down Mike Trout at the plate.

Buxton’s laser to the plate was clocked at 99 mph. Buxton finished the night 1-for-4 at the plate, the hit was an RBI double. But despite his best efforts, Minnesota fell to the Angels 5-4 on Tuesday night.
