Kevin Hart isn’t just funny. He’s also pretty darn fast – speedy enough to give Vikings running back Adrian Peterson a run for his money in a 40-yard street dash.
Peterson, according to ESPN, and his wife Ashley went to Hart’s comedy show in Austin, Texas, on Wednesday night. When Hart was done making the audience laugh, he challenged Peterson to a race in the street. A lady named Ernestine Johnson caught the sprint on camera and posted it to Instagram. It might surprise you to see how close the race was, despite Peterson tweeting that he’d give Hart a 10-yard head start if they do it again.
But as you’ll see, Peterson seems to be in pretty good 1 a.m. sprinting shape. We unofficially clocked him at 4.57 seconds, which is pretty good for wearing normal clothes.
