The University of Minnesota has revealed the venue and times for the arrival of ESPN’s “College GameDay” on Saturday.
The flagship college football show is in town ahead of the Gophers’ crucial home matchup against the Wisconsin Badgers.
“College GameDay” will air from 8 a.m. from Northrop Mall, the college quad at the center of the University of Minnesota’s East Bank campus.
The gates will open for ESPN College GameDay as early as 5 a.m., while the Gophers Gameday parking lots are opening for tailgating 2 hours earlier than usual, at 6 a.m., with fans encouraged to arrive early.
It’s the first time “College GameDay” has broadcast from Minnesota, and it comes as the Gophers look to secure their place in the Big Ten Championship game against Ohio State.
