Odds to win the 2013-14 Stanley Cup were released Wednesday and the Minnesota Wild aren’t in the top 20, according to Las Vegas Hotel Superbook.
The Pittsburgh Penguins, who fell short of reaching the Final this season, have the highest odds at 5-1. Defending eastern conference champ Boston is 9-1. Stanley Cup champ Chicago has the second best odds at 6-1.
The Wild, with 40-1 odds, came in at No. 21 on the list.
ESPN tabbed the Wild as a team with “surprisingly high odds” going into next season.
