It’s been less than a year since Timberwolves’ forward Kevin Love was an All-Star, Olympian and NBA Most Valuable Player candidate, but that doesn’t mean he’s getting respect from all of his peers. Utah’s Derrick Favors told Wolves’ play-by-play man Alan Horton that Love is “pretty much like” every other power forward in the NBA.
#Jazz Favors on Love "just like any other stretch 4 in the league…probably a better rebounder but pretty much like every other stretch 4."
— Alan Horton (@WolvesRadio) January 2, 2013
For the record, Favors is a bench player for the Jazz and he averages less than ten points a game.
