Carl Pavano lasted just 3.2 innings and allowed six earned runs for the second straight start as the Indians belted the Twins, 7-1 in Cleveland Friday night. The biggest blow to Pavano and the Twins came in the fourth inning, when Jason Kipnis hit a grand slam.
Brian Dozier drove in the only Minnesota run with an RBI single in the seventh.
The loss snaps the Twins’ three-game winning streak.
