Twins assistant GM Bill Smith said Tuesday was a good day for the team. The reason for his excitement was because a forty-two and a half million dollar renovation plan for the team’s training facility in Fort Myers Florida was approved. The renovation should be done by 2015.
The facelift will include an increase in seating capacity, a new weight room, improved clubhouses, a party deck in the outfield concourse and more.
