The Minnesota Twins have signed their top pick in the 2013 draft, Texas high school pitcher Kohl Stewart:

In signing with the Twins, Stewart has decided to forgo a football scholarship to Texas A&M.
As the No. 4 overall pick in the draft, Stewart is in line for a $4.5 million bonus, but the Pioneer Press reports that he’s expected to agree to a figure less than that.
