On the last day to swap salary figures, the Twins agreed to terms with starter Francisco Liriano and reliever Glen Perkins — who avoided arbitration. Liriano comes back with $5.5 million, Perkins with $1.55 million. Both deals are for one year. The team could not reach terms with Alexi Casilla, who is also eligible for arbitration.
