Seven prospects of the Minnesota Twins are playing some high level baseball in the Arizona Fall League, and six of them got plenty of game action for Glendale in a 8-8 tie over a team from Mesa.
Here’s how each performed.
BYRON BUXTON, OF: 1-6 with a run and a sacrifice RBI.
EDDIE ROSARIO, 2B: Did not play.
MAX KEPLER, 1B: 1-6 with a double and a run scored.
ALEX MEYER, RHP: He started the game and gave up three runs on five hits over three innings. He struck out three and walked one.
TREVOR MAY, RHP: Pitched a scoreless/hitless sixth inning of relief. He struck out one.
A.J. ACHTOR, RHP: Pitched a scoreless seventh inning. He gave up one hit and recorded one strikeout.
ZACH JONES, RHP: He recorded two outs in the eighth inning but left after giving up five earned runs.
