Ailing Twins relief pitcher Matt Capps says it’s his goal — not his trainers’ or doctors’ — to be back with the team “for all of September.” The right-hander has only thrown three innings of spot relief since June 15 due to his shoulder injury, which has been upgraded from inflammation to irritation in his rotator cuff.
