More bad news for Twins outfielder Darin Mastroianni.
Mastroianni will be out until mid-July because he needs surgery to repair a bone chip in his ankle — the same ankle that has kept him out of the lineup since late in spring training.
There is a chance Mastroianni could be placed on the 60-day disabled list, although a decision has not yet been made.
