Twins utility man Kyle Farmer walked off the field with a towel on his face after he was struck by a Lucas Giolito fastball on Wednesday.
It happened with Farmer at the plate in the fourth inning. Here’s the replay:

Farmer was guided to the locker room by the Twins training staff and replaced on the field by Willi Castro. The Twins say Farmer suffered a jaw injury but full details haven’t been provided.
