Royce Lewis slugged his fourth grand slam in the past three weeks and the Minnesota Twins’ magic number dropped to 7 with an 10-2 win over the White Sox in Chicago Friday night.

Lewis went 1 for 2 with the grand slam and three walks. He’s slashing .302/.365/.545 with 14 homers and 50 RBI in just 54 games this season. He’s just 14 RBI behind Carlos Correa for the team lead even though Correa has played in 132 games.
The Twins led 6-2 before scoring four runs in the ninth inning for a second consecutive night. Correa had an RBI double and Ryan Jeffers has a two-run single to highlight Friday night’s ninth inning.
Bailey Ober, freshly called up from Triple-A St. Paul, started for the Twins and pitched five innings of two-run ball. He allowed five hits and no walks while striking out six.
