The Timberwolves were blown out in its home finale by the Utah Jazz, 96-80 Monday night at Target Center.
Former Wolves star Al Jefferson, who scored 40 points in Utah’s win over Minnesota last Friday, led the Jazz with 22 points and 8 rebounds.
Derrick Williams scored 18 points in 40 minutes. He was the only Minnesota starter to score in double-figures.
The rest of the starters — Ricky Rubio, Luke Ridnour, Andrei Kirilenko and Greg Steimsma — combined for 25 points.
Nikola Pekovic was held out of the game because of a left calf contusion.
The Wolves finished with a 20-21 record at home. Minnesota closes the season Wednesday at San Antonio.
