The Timberwolves will play on Christmas Day for a second straight season.
On Thursday, the NBA released its national TV schedule and Minnesota will meet the Los Angeles Lakers in California to wrap up the league’s annual Christmas Day coverage.
Tip-off won’t be until 9:30 C.T. so you may have to grab some caffeine to make it through regulation after a long day of festive celebrations.
Last year the Timberwolves played the Oklahoma City Thunder on Christmas Day, when they fell 112-110.
NBA teams tend to wear special jerseys on on Christmas too.
There’s not word on what those will look like, but on Thursday the team did announce two of their new threads for the upcoming season.
The new threads have dropped. Bring on the New Era. #NewEraNewThreads https://t.co/t0PjCcp8II
