A three-run homer from Eduardo Escobar and back-to-back Torii Hunter homers powered the to a Twins 5-2 win over the Brewers Saturday in Milwaukee.

Escobar’s three-run home run in the fifth gave the Twins the lead, which they kept for the rest of the game. Escobar has hit 59 extra-base hits since 2014, according to MLB.com. Brian Dozier leads that list with 97, followed by Trevor Plouffe at 84.

Hunter’s first home run was a solo in the sixth, followed by one in the ninth.
Hunter’s home runs mark his 201st and 202nd for the Twins, according to MLB.com.
It was the 18th time in his career he’s had a two-homer game, the Star Tribune reports.
Twins starter Kyle Gibson is now 5-6 with Saturday’s win. Glen Perkins got the save – his 24th, which is the most in the American League, according to the Star Tribune.

The Brewers had a decisive 10-4 win Friday over the Twins. So the teams head into the border battle finale tied in the series.
Game starts at 1:10 p.m. Sunday. Tommy Milone starts on the mound for Minnesota. He has a 2.52 ERA in his four June starts, MLB.com reports.
