For the second time this season the Wild got the best of All-Star goaltender Carey Price in their 7-1 win over the Montreal Canadiens on Thursday night.
If you combine their 4-2 win over Montreal from last month, the Wild have scored 11 goals in six periods against Price this season.
Christian Folin, Eric Staal, Jordan Schroeder, Nino Niederreiter (twice), Jason Zucker and Ryan Suter all scored for Minnesota in the win.
Devan Dunbyk was 8 seconds away from posting his sixth shutout of the season before Montreal finllay netted a goal.
With the win the Wild are 26-9-5 on the season and are two points out of owning the top spot in the Western Conference.
